Does Job Report actually save time?Absolutely! For most trades the worst part of the day is when they get home, and this shouldn't be the case. The hour or two spent preparing reports, quotes and invoices can be overwhelming. Job Report allows you to prepare the report on location. Simply photo the part of the job you want to report on and add a note if you wish. Job Report then gives you the option to 'Generate Report' and at the push of a button a PDF report is produced letter headed with your business name. You ca send the PDF straight from your phone.

How do I find my photos on a job from last year?Great question. Job report is searchable, you can search on any text that you've input. Members tend to have a common theme, a mechanic for instance may choose to record the vehicle registration in the title. So when a query comes in instead of having to look for the associated report, simply search the registration number. All reports and photos will be made available to you on your phone, tablet or computer.

How does Job Report work when I have my staff attending the job and I'm not there?Love this question! Job Report is perfect for the individual and a team. Each member of the team downloads the app to their phones and enters the username and password. Each person now has access to the same diary. How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
